Building the future together: our event dedicated to our network of consultants

Updating, discussing, sharing

These were the keywords that guided the meeting on October 17, a day entirely dedicated to EthicalFin NPL’s network of external consultants. A moment to:

  • update the network on the company’s directions, objectives, and projects;
  • strengthen relationships: remote working is great, but isn’t it even better to chat over coffee or have lunch together “in person”?
  • create an opportunity for sharing, outside of everyday operations.

A morning to take stock and look ahead, together

Pasquale De Leo, Head of Outsourcing Mandates, opened the event by commenting on the performance of the portfolios under management and offering suggestions and practical advice on work organization.
Next, Alfredo Fineschi – CEO of EthicalFin NPL, welcomed Giuliana Riccio, Team Leader returning from maternity leave, and presented the projects being carried out by management, with particular attention to those in which consultants will be able to participate in the future.

An opportunity to share experiences and ideas

In the second part of the morning, Nicoletta Fiore – Loan Manager of the EthicalFin NPL internal team, led a session dedicated to best practices in credit management, sharing concrete cases that offered food for thought on topics such as AML, document consistency, and the importance of remaining open and flexible in a job such as ours, that of out-of-court credit management.

The final part of the meeting was dedicated to open discussion: the consultants shared their experiences, strategies, and best practices in the field, in a mutual dialogue that enriched the experience of the team and of the individual professionals.

Building the future, together

A special thanks to everyone for their participation, energy and shared ideas.
The meeting on October 17 was an opportunity that confirmed our rule—or rather, our conviction: the strength of any company comes from its people, the quality of their relationships, and their ability to build and produce value, as well as profit—both economic and human.

Festival of Bioethics 2022 – Responsibility and Ethical Finance

Santa Margherita Ligure, August 27, 2022 – EthicalFin NPL CEO Alfredo Fineschi is participating in the Festival of Bioethics, a conference organized by the City of Santa Margherita Ligure and the Italian Institute of Bioethics.

It was truly an honor for us to participate in this conference. These moments are valuable opportunities to get to know new realities, share information and network. In addition, for us this was also an opportunity to tell a bit about who we are and how we operate, within a field that is not so well known.

The common thread that united more or less all the speakers at the conference was that of responsibility (not for nothing, the title The Responsibility. Man, Environment, Animals). Our participation was included within a Round Table entitled Sustainability and Responsibility between Economy and Finance, in which we participated together with Arianna Lovera (Senior Program Officer Forum for Sustainable Finance) and Ilaria Manti (Researcher and Economic Analyst Centro Studi Federcasse).

We talked about what we are all about, what our values are, and what it means for us to work in the credit recovery sector in an ethical way.
