I have been working as lawyer in Italy for over 30+ years, with a particular focus on financial institutions, lending, non-performing loans, bankruptcy procedures and securitisation. I have lead a team of lawyers while working on high profile clients such as BNL and Archon Group on their NPL management strategies.
