Bio
Graduated in Law in 2014, I discussed my dissertation in Bankruptcy Law, addressing the complex issue of the gratuitousness of the patrimonial attribution in the trilateral relationship, which occurred in the period before the declaration of bankruptcy. I soon after began practicing law at a law firm specializing in civil law and, in 2017, I obtained the title of Lawyer, registering with the Rome Bar Association. During this experience I mainly dealt with NPL positions for primary banking institutions and securitization companies, also delving into the Jurisprudence of merit and legitimacy. In 2019 I started working as a consultant/Loan Manager, gaining considerable experience in Due Diligence of secured and unsecured portfolios.
Currently in Ethicalfinnpl I play the role of Loan Manager, also coordinating junior resources.
